One Small Change That Can Make This Your Best Year Yet
Subtle Change that can make a Huge Difference
As the New Year begins, it can be difficult to resist the pressure to overhaul everything at once. In reality, improvement starts with a single, focused change.
Rather than chase perfection, focus on one change that will remove the most friction from your business this year.
One example would be improving communication. That could be faster response times, better follow up schedule, or a more reliable intake process. You don't have to do all of these at once. Focus on improving your response time to new calls or emails. Once that has been improved, move on to another aspect of communication, your follow up schedule. Continue on through each of these small, manageable steps, and they will compound over time, improving operations and customer relationships.
After improving communication, take a critical look at your other processes, and break them down into small, manageable opportunities for improvement.
